![]() I just wrote all this as I feel your pain and I felt the same, but hope my explanation helps their process. So just keep patience, you should be done in 4 weeks from the time Kia Finance gets your mail. It is a long process, Kia Finance's Titles department only works 3 days a week and understaffed. Show up at DMV a week after Kia mailed it out and they should have it and you should be able to complete the registration :) Waikem Kia Finance Department in Massillon, Ohio offers great finance rates along with Kia vehicle incentives to all customers in Canton and its surrounding cities and suburbs. Once that 10 business days completes, give Kia Finance a call again and they will tell you when they sent it out and then give a week just incase for your local DMV to get it. Usually what will happen is Kia Finance will mail out everything they requested to the local DMV address you mentioned (They use 2-3 days FedEx service). They should now see an attachment and will provide you an ETA, usually it took them another 10 business days to complete the process after they started. I would recommend to give Kia finance a call 1.5-2 weeks after its delivered. It took them 2 weeks after delivery to start and look at my application. Mail it out to the following address:Ħ100 W Plano Pkwy, STE 2000, Plano, TX 75093Īfter they receive it, give them like 2 weeks/10 business days. Do fill out the new vehicle registration form before you visit the DMV. Take your current DMV registration, lease/finance paperwork if you have it. Here's what you have to do:ġ- Visit your local DMV and ask them what they require for out of state transfer. After many phone calls to Kia Finance and 1 month waiting, I finally got my new CA plates yesterday. I moved from Connecticut to California recently and needed to get my car registered here in California. I just went through this with Kia Finance.
